Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, with all original packaging (e.g., boxes, tags) and accessories (e.g., lids for thermos cups) included.
• Customized or personalized Products (if available) are not eligible for return unless they have manufacturing defects.

2. Return Process

1. Initiate a request: Contact our support team via email to inform us of your return reason, order number, and product details.
2. Get approval: We will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will send you a return confirmation email with instructions (including the return address).
3. Ship the product back: Pack the eligible Product securely and ship it to the provided return address. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
4. Receive and inspect: Once we receive the returned Product, we will inspect it within 2 business days to confirm it meets return eligibility.
5. Process refund: If the inspection passes, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging/accessories.
• Products returned after the 7-day eligibility period.
• Free gifts or promotional items included with your order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect Product (e.g., wrong color, wrong model), contact us within 3 days of receipt.
• Provide photos of the Product and packaging as proof. We will cover the return shipping cost and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
