- PrimArkCoin sells thermos cups and ceramic cups to customers. We reserve the right to update Product types, prices, and specifications at any time without prior notice.
- All Product descriptions, images, and details are for reference only. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee no minor discrepancies.
2. Purchases and Payments
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order (e.g., shipping address, contact details). PrimArkCoin is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect information.
- Payment must be completed in full as required at checkout. We confirm your order only after receiving full payment.
3. Shipping and Delivery

- Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. We will provide a tracking number (if available) once your order ships, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers (e.g., logistics companies).

- You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the Product, provided the Product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
